RETURN POLICY
If a customer chooses to return an item, the customer must pay for return shipping charges. We will refund the cost of the item, but cannot refund the original or return cost of the shipping. If there is a problem with your order, please email us right away so we can assist you with a return and full refund.

Items MUST be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. We recommend using a service with tracking to ensure your return is received at our facility.
No returns are accepted on personalized merchandise. Home Goods & Stationery may be returned for a refund minus a $6.00 restocking fee.

SHIPPING
All shipments will be sent out using the most economical carrier. We offer free shipping on all US deliveries.
